‘We deliver motivational / inspirational goal setting training courses, which includes trainings sessions and can be followed with one-to-one support sessions. The programme gives each person a life time happiness plan.’ 


A variety of  methods are used in the delivery of our training. The tools used include different instructional methods and ways to provide a positive learning experience with a focus on interactive learning. The techniques used range from PowerPoint slides that highlight information rather than create visual clutter; flip charts paper for thought shower sessions; the use of participant’s real experiences as ‘live’ case studies and home work.


Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the science of excellence; in part it studies how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce the results they get. Using this knowledge the training courses provides participants with a multitude of new skills, resources and tremendous positive behavioural changes.


By the end of the programme:   ‘Getting into the ‘Happiness Zone’- setting goals for success!’


 Participants will have an:

  • An action plan for a specific period of time in the future
  • Responsibility for own success or failure
  • Defined real life actions separated from just wishful thinking
  • Encouragement to set priorities, therefore limit the time to get involved with distracting things
  • A path to follow
  • Help to visualise and plan actions to achieve goals and the steps to carry them out
  • A sense of past victories of goals accomplished and motivation to succeed in current and future goals
