You are what you eat and drink? Do you agree?

Healthy eating and drinking will make you Happy and give you the energy your body requires.

What you eat or drink can be good for you or not so good for you. It can give you pleasure or pain.

Eating and drinking the wrong stuff or too much food or drink in general is not good for you. It is generally accepted that unhealthy food and drink can be addictive.

Food or drink that ultimately does you harm, even if it gives you pleasure in the short term is not good in the long term.

This stuff is obvious, and I have not told you anything new. The question is why some people have such bad diets or eat and drink too much.

The first think to do is to acknowledge that you are not where you want to be with your diet. The question is how you get from where you are to where you want to be.
